Quick and yummy tuna lunch!

I have been craving some of my Tuna this pregnancy! You will love how full of flavor and easy this recipe is!
Ingredients:
One pack of wild albacore tuna (found at whole foods)
1/2 cup of cut in half grapes
1/2 cup chopped nuts (any will work, but I like almonds)
Couple tablespoons of relish (I wing the amount)
1 cup of ranch ( my secret ingredient) you can also put more in if you like extra creamy
Extra ingredients: hard boiled eggs, it you like them in your tuna its good, but adds extra time.

Mix everything together, and enjoy!
