Healthy version of goulash


Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef
Half an onion
3 beets
3 zucchini's
1 14.5oz can of diced tomatoes 
2 cups of any noodles
1 cup of (studs) BBQ sause
1/2 cup of ketchup (I like the trader joes organic ketchup)
Dash of cinnamon 

Brown your beef, strain and set aside. (Large skillet)Boil your noodles as directed. Cut your beets and zucchini in bite size place in large skillet cook on med. heat for 10-15 min (depending on how soft you like your veggies) 
Add in all ingredients when veggies are cooked.
Enjoy!
